  • “How much is shipping?”
    • Shipping is always FREE on orders over $50! All markers, tanks and loaders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 days for delivery. Smaller items may ship via First Class Mail. Expedited options via UPS are available during checkout as well. Please note, expedited orders must be placed before 1pm CST or the order will be processed the following business day. Expedited services are not guaranteed and are not available on weekends.

 

  • “I’ve received a trade quote and would like to proceed. How does the trade process work?”
    • MPB’s trade process is very simple. We send over an invoice via email, which allows you to pay using any common source (credit, debit, PayPal, or any of our financing options). Once payment has been received, the deal is locked in and your new marker is removed from the site. You will then ship your trade-in at your earliest convenience to our Richardson, TX store. When we receive the trade-in(s) and confirm them to be as-expected, your new marker will ship out within 24 hours! You can get started on trading in your marker on the “Trade” section of the website.

 

  • “Do you ship internationally?”
    • Yes! MPB has shipped items all over the world. Please contact us for more details and costs. Shipping to Canada can be done directly through checkout!
  • "Do you take pre-orders?"
    • Mazens is happy to be your pre-order store of choice for the newest and hottest products! Thanks to our order volume with most major manufacturers, pre-orders through Mazens are typically quicker than smaller stores. Our policy is simple and serves to provide you with a guaranteed product. All pre-orders are final and will not be refunded for any reason. We do not guarantee delivery time as it will vary based on the manufacturer's production volume. Any canceled pre-orders will be subject to a non-negotiable 10% cancelation fee or you may use 100% of the purchase price towards any other brand new item(s). Absolutely no exceptions. 

 

  • “What is your return policy?”
    • We stand behind every product we sell. All markers are thoroughly cleaned, tested, lubed and chronographed before shipping. If a marker (or other product) arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we are always happy to help troubleshoot or provide tech services. Alternatively, you may exchange your item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. One exchange per item will be allowed. Brand new products are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Orders canceled before shipping or return-to-sender orders are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
